Hearing Aid Evaluation and Selection

If you suspect you might need hearing aids, the first step with us is a hearing evaluation to determine the type and extent of your hearing loss. Gathering information from your case history and hearing tests, we’ll evaluate which treatments and types of hearing aids are best suited to your needs and discuss their differences with you. Depending on which style you choose, we’ll take impressions of your ears for custom earmolds. You’ll also be able to try out different hearing aid styles right in the office. As always, decisions about your hearing are ultimately in your hands.

Hearing Aid Dispensing & Fitting

If you select hearing aids, we’ll follow up next with a dispensing and fitting appointment. Although your hearing aids will already be programmed to your prescription and preferred settings, we’ll give you the opportunity to test them out and make any necessary adjustments based on your feedback. Best of all, you’ll have the "30-Day Rental" Program* to wear them at home and decide for sure whether they’re a good fit for you.

* A Damage/Lost Protection will be available for purchase at the initial appointment for the rental, for $75 per aid per 30 days. Damage/Lost Protection is non-refundable and non-transferable. If the Rental is Damaged or Lost, the deductible is $600 per unit. If the Damage/Lost Protection is waived by the client, then the client will be financial responsible to reimburse VValue Audiology & Hearing Aid Center for the Full Cost of the hearing devices. The Rental program for Same-Day Fit Hearing Devices is the Latest Unitron Flex Models. Other Hearing Devices Rentals are available on Special Request.
