Janine Cade is our Senior Hearing Aid Dispenser and National Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist. Ms. Cade has been in the hearing aid industry for 10 years. Ms. Cade worked and trained a brief time at the “Center For Excellence” with William F Austin; founder of “So The World May Hear Foundation” and Starkey. (Mr. William F. Austin personally fit President Ronald Reagan with hearing aids.) Ms. Cade over the many years has personally fit and helped over 2,000 people hear well. Ms. Cade teaches Hearing Classes and has mentored and trained 10 Hearing Care Professionals over the past four years. While here at Value Hearing Aid Center, she strives to provide you, our customers with top quality service. Ms. Cade listens to her clients and tries very hard to help the clients hear better in the environments that are most important to them and be successful with improving their quality of life through better hearing.
Ms. Cade was born and raised in Sacramento, Ca. Ms. Cade has 2 children, a daughter in college and a son in High School. When Ms. Cade is not helping people hear, you will find her at her son’s sporting tournaments, taking care of her elderly parents, traveling abroad, or enjoying the outdoors. Ms. Cade’s son has had hearing problems since he was 7 years old. Her son has had two (2) surgeries on his ear drum and continues to have some hearing loss. Ms. Cade’s father also has hearing loss and hearing instruments. This really helps Ms. Cade be compassionate and understanding of her hearing-impaired clients and their family members. Client Care Coordinator
Rachel, our Client Care Coordinator, has worked over eight years in client relations and insurance billing. She joined our staff at the launch of our Vacaville and Fairfield locations. Rachel is enjoying encouraging clients to accomplish their unique hearing goals, she loves seeing people meet and surpass their own expectations. Rachel has found learning about hearing science and the emergent technology in hearing aids fascinating. She has found the studies connecting hearing loss with memory loss as well as the Bluetooth connectivity technology available in the latest hearing products intriguing.
Rachel grew up in Vacaville, she loves the “home town feel” and geographic proximity to many wonderful locations. During her recreational time, Rachel enjoys staying physically active by hiking, practicing yoga and acrobatics. Rachel enjoys being out in nature, she highly anticipates her annual trip to the Oregon coast with her Grandparents. Rachel can be described as welcoming, and empathetic. Rachel is a woman of many passions, her primary passion is helping people, her main objective is to seek the best in everyone she encounters.

Client Care Coordinator
Catherine Labaria, our Client Care Coordinator, started working for Value Hearing Aid Center in March 2017. Comes with over 20 years of Customer Service background and 5 years in the hearing aid industry. Catherine grew up and resides in Solano County. Catherine has two sons Gerald and Joseph. Enjoys spending time with family and going out to festivals. Catherine can’t wait to meet you and welcome you in to the Fairfield Value Hearing Aid Center office.
